Y’all Play Too Much, LLC (YPTM) – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. About YPTM
Y’all Play Too Much, LLC (“YPTM”) is an interactive entertainment agency that curates, produces, and books live entertainment experiences. YPTM serves as both the entertainment provider and booking agent, securing hosts, DJs, and interactive talent to deliver high-energy, engaging experiences for clients.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, contract, or invoice approval.
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%–50%) is required to secure the date and services.
- Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
3. Payment Terms
- Final balance is due no later than 24–72 hours prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via approved methods (Zelle, Cash App, ACH, credit/debit, etc.).
- Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of reserving talent and resources.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may result in full payment being due.
5. Event Requirements (Client Responsibilities)
The client agrees to provide:
- Adequate space for games, hosting, and entertainment setup
- Access to power outlets (if needed)
- Safe and secure environment for staff and equipment
- Timely access to the venue (minimum 30–60 minutes prior to start time)
- Failure to meet these requirements may limit YPTM’s ability to deliver services as planned.
6. Entertainment & Talent
- YPTM reserves the right to assign hosts, DJs, and team members based on availability and event needs.
- All YPTM talent are trained to deliver a high-quality, interactive experience.
- Specific talent requests are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
7. Overtime
- Events exceeding the agreed-upon time will be subject to overtime fees (typically billed hourly).
- Overtime must be approved by the client and is based on team availability.
8. Conduct & Environment
- YPTM reserves the right to end services without refund if:
○ The environment is unsafe
○ There is harassment, violence, or illegal activity
- The client is responsible for guest behavior and overall event safety.
9. Media & Promotion
- YPTM may capture photos/videos during events for promotional use.
- If the client prefers no media capture, this must be communicated in writing prior to the event.
10. Liability
- YPTM is not responsible for:
○ Injuries resulting from participation in games or activities
○ Damage to venue or personal property caused by guests
- Clients agree to hold YPTM harmless from any claims arising from event participation.
11. Force Majeure
YPTM is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Government restrictions
In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule.
12. Agreement
By submitting payment and/or signing a contract, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
